
“Train like a pro”
Objective:
To provide, in a single training session, knowledge and tools that will help the campers understand all the areas they must focus on if their goal is to become true high performance athletes, guided by the advice of a player who has walked this path and now wants to share her experience to inspire and mentor the next generation.

Physical Preparation:
Module focused on activation routines, injury prevention, posture improvement, and individualized physical conditioning.
Individual Goals:
Module designed to provide strategies to support the athletic development process, with specific tools to quantitatively measure personal progress.
Personal Values:
Module aimed at exploring personal values, as well as the core principles that Ziomara has embraced and applied throughout her basketball career.
Technical Preparation:
Module focused on fundamental skills training, led by coach Gustavo Vega, one of the coaches of the Chilean 3x3 national teams and coordinator of Chile’s youth men’s national teams.
Coaching and Sports Psychology:
Module providing strategies to support the athletic journey, with practical tools to handle both success and failure.
Nutrition and Rest:
Module emphasizing the importance of proper nutrition and adequate rest. This session will be led by a nutritionist, offering advice and practical examples for implementation.
Invaluable Value:
Days of learning, refreshments, hydration, and a campus T-shirt.

Engaging with them not only helps you improve your technical skills, but also inspires you as you learn about their stories, challenges, and achievements.
